On July 29, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Yintai Hangzhou New Centre was held at the prime site (on the central axis) of Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City. Leaders from Yuhang Urban Development Investment Group and Yintai Group, as well as distinguished guests from various sectors, attended the event and jointly witnessed the official launch of the project.

Located at the southern end of the core area on the central axis of Hangzhou's key new urban center, the project has a land area of approximately 193,400 square meters. Jointly developed by Yintai Group and Yuhang Urban Development Investment Group with an investment of several billion yuan, the project will feature a high-end TOD urban complex with a gross floor area of about 600,000 square meters, aiming to establish a new benchmark for future commercial development.

As a key municipal construction project for Hangzhou, the Yintai Hangzhou New Centre will, upon completion, serve more than 300,000 top-tier professionals in the Future Sci-Tech City area. It will become a crucial pillar for Yuhang District in establishing Hangzhou's new urban center and a commercial district exceeding RMB 10 billion in scale, and will stand as another signature landmark showcasing Hangzhou on the global stage.
